Production Assistant / Material Handler (12-Hour Shift - Manufacturing)

The company provides structured processes, stable operations, and opportunities for long-term employment. 📍 Job Location Marsiling, Singapore 💼 Job Responsibilities Assist Production Supervisor in monitoring daily production activities Ensure kitting list and lot numbers tally with work orders Perform material receiving and top-up to production lines Maintain cleanliness and organization of production and storage areas Coordinate distribution of materials to production lines Ensure accurate material issuance via system (e.g. pick list / tracking system) Maintain proper tagging and traceability of materials and components Verify inventory discrepancies and report when required Complete production and material documentation accurately and timely Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom procedures Adhere to workplace safety guidelines and maintain 5S standards 🎓 Job Requirements Minimum GCE "O" Level or equivalent 1-3 years of relevant experience in production / warehouse / material handling environment preferred Basic understanding of cleanroom practices is an advantage Able to understand and communicate basic English to follow work instructions and ensure workplace safety Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts ⏰ Working Hours 12-hour rotating shift Shift Pattern: 3-4-4-3 Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Rest Day: Saturday/Sunday (depending on schedule) 💰 Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: Up to $2,000 per month Shift Allowance: Morning: $15/day; Night: $20/day Attendance Allowance: $100/month Overtime payable in accordance with MOM regulations AWS (13th Month Bonus) Medical and Dental Benefits Annual Leave: 7 to 14 days 🚍 Additional Information Company transport provided (Singapore ↔ Johor Bahru, aligned with shift timing) Cleanroom working environment (PPE required such as gown, mask, hairnet) EA License No: 23C1703 EA Personnel No: R1762582 EA Personnel Name: Wong Choo Sian, Jabez
