- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Build, lead, and develop the banking partnerships team. Implement performance management mechanisms to enhance team professionalism and execution.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and continuously improve partnership processes.
- Overseas Entity Support
- Manage channel development needs for overseas local entities. Coordinate business requirements with headquarters and allocate resources to support the growth of overseas operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, payments, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven experience in developing and managing banking partnerships and commercial relationships.
- Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, correspondent banking, and payment solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Established network within the banking and financial services industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
