Senior Project Manager

About the role

At inventYOU, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm and lead the delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives for our clients. In this role, you will drive projects from initiation to execution and follow-up, ensuring structure, alignment, and successful delivery in complex business and IT environments. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business leaders, and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of governance, coordination, risk management, and communication throughout the full project lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is highly structured, proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in leading projects where quality, accountability, and stakeholder management are essential. Key Responsibilities Lead and drive complex projects from start to finish Define scope, timelines, deliverables, governance, and resource plans Coordinate stakeholders across business and technical teams Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and project progress Lead workshops, steering meetings, and status reporting Ensure clear communication and strong stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle Strong experience leading complex projects in business and IT environments Proven ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Strong experience in planning, governance, coordination, and project follow-up Experience managing risks, budgets, timelines, and deliverables Experience working in Agile, hybrid, and traditional project environments Professional fluency in Swedish and English is required Strong leadership skills and a structured approach to work Nice to have: Experience from consulting or client-facing environments Experience leading digital transformation or business change initiatives Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum-related certifications Why join inventYOU Work on impactful client assignments Be part of a collaborative and growing consulting team Hybrid work model in Stockholm Opportunity for continuous professional growth and development
