Graduate Technical Author

Responsibilities

• In this role, you will support end users and create clear, engaging technical documentation for a range of audiences. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and external translators to ensure content is accurate and accessible globally.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Writing, editing, and proofreading technical documentation
• Curating content and liaising with translators to support multiple languages
• Reviewing documentation and providing constructive feedback
• Assisting end users by clarifying and improving technical materials

Requirements

• We're looking for someone who can communicate complex ideas clearly and has a strong attention to detail. If you're analytical, curious, and motivated to continuously improve, we'd love to hear from you.
• You may also have:
• The ability to communicate with a wide range of audiences, from experienced engineers to junior users
• Experience writing technical or long-form academic content
• Strong written communication skills and an eye for detail

You will play a key role in creating high-quality technical content for customers, partners, and the wider Darktrace community.
