• POSITION SUMMARY: Food Production - Disassembly Skilled PR08 - Debone - Full-Time
• Starting pay: $22.95/HR
• Boner's debone meat from hog carcasses.
• RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:
• Requires the use of knives and knife sharpening equipment.
• Keep work area clean and tidy during production.
• Recondition meat that has touched an unsanitary surface.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) as specified in plant's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
• Manual dexterity required for performing job.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
