Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases toensure accurate documentation. Support onboarding processes by coordinating workstation preparation. Manage recruitment postings across job platforms and assist with end-to-end hiring coordination. Administer employee benefits and insurance claims and liaise with insurers to resolve related matters. Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement initiatives tosupport workplace culture. Oversee office facilities and ensure proper upkeep of equipment and general office amenities. Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by management.
