Maintenance Technician

• Strong mechanical background with hands-on maintenance experience
• Familiarity with processing and packaging equipment (feed manufacturing experience is an asset)
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
• Must be able to work rotation shifts, on-call schedules, and overtime as required
• Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 25 kg, bending, climbing ladders)
• Ability to work in loud and dusty environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
