Responsibilities

  • Ability to present value and ROI clearly to clients
  • Proactive, customer-centric, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • English professional proficiency (Japanese is a plus)
  • Preferred
  • Background in IT services / digital transformation / smart factory solutions
  • Experience working with Japanese manufacturing clients is a strong advantage
