About the role

This is a critical role within our HRIS team, focusing on the core areas of US Payroll, absence, and time tracking within the Workday platform. Collaborate with HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and resolve complex HRIS issues. Lead or actively participate in HRIS projects, from system enhancements to new module implementations and process improvements. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Workday, including regular audits and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HRIS, with a strong focus on Workday.
  • Deep functional expertise in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Demonstrated experience with other Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Benefits, and Integrations.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex system issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective, scalable solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of partnering with global HR, IT, and business teams.
