Salary Range: € 57,437.00 - € 71,796.00 Job Responsibilities: Evaluate workplace exposure to physical and chemical hazards, including: 1. Respirable fiber evaluation 2. Total inhalable dust evaluation 3. Respirable dust evaluation 4. Organic vapors evaluation 5. Welding fume evaluation 6. Thermal evaluation Control measure evaluations (LEV surveys) Support the implementation of Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) control systems. Conduct comprehensive noise surveys to assess exposure levels. Assist with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) assessments. Communicate health and safety information to employees, new hires, customers, installers, end users, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with trade organizations to promote joint health and safety programs such as Product Stewardship Programs (PSP) and Control And Reduce Exposure (CARE). Support product research initiatives aimed at reducing or eliminating exposure to toxic chemicals through substitution or formulation changes, ensuring all new chemicals undergo a risk assessment approval process. Conduct periodic site compliance audits focusing on health risk management, chemical and physical hazards, and adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance. Prepare summary reports and support special projects for the Ceramic Fiber Advisory Board (CFAB) that are strategically significant to Unifrax .
