Key Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align communication strategies with institutional goals. - Design visually engaging content for social media, websites, e-newsletters, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency. - Initiate and manage the content creation of graphics and multimedia assets for campaigns and events, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. - Manage social media platforms, producing posts and video content, and analysing performance to optimise engagement. - Manage events and/ or activities as appointed. - Track and report on the performance of design and communications initiatives to support data-driven decision-making. - Assist with other duties to support the team's objectives. This role reports to the Assistant Director, Partnerships and Engagement (Communications).
