Role Summary and Impact As a member of the MFG APAC Planning team, you are responsible for analyzing data, thinking creatively, and developing innovative strategies to ensure marketing campaigns reach the right audience in the most effective way. We are a Direct Response (DR)-led program, so experience in DR planning is essential - our focus is not only on driving engagement, but on delivering measurable incremental outcomes that directly impact business performance. Armed with critical analysis, media planners devise, propose, and recommend strategies for using media channels effectively to attract new customers, while driving satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Act as a key contact and lead direct response (DR) planning efforts for smaller, more manageable markets, while ensuring alignment with the broader strategy. Develop and maintain accurate media forecasts, plans, and planning documentation. Demonstrate a strong understanding of media, technology, and market developments that influence performance planning and impact clients' businesses. Assist the Senior Planning Manager in delivering learning agendas and preparing quarterly and bi-annual business reviews, with a solid understanding of owned markets, performance drivers, and the overall marketplace. Monitor campaign performance across all channels on a weekly basis, proactively highlighting risks or areas that require intervention. Support performance reporting by contributing data-backed insights and learnings, and collaborate closely with the activation team to ensure optimal campaign health. Identify and evaluate new vendors and partners, maintaining a clear point of view on their potential impact on business outcomes.
