Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee AND/OR lead complex procurement processes; Develop and/or implement policies; Provide expert guidance, analysis of metrics, AND/OR reporting to senior leaders; Ensure compliance with government regulations for high-value acquisitions.
