Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate equipment finance agreements, lease agreements, and related asset finance documentation .
- Advise clients on equipment financing structures , including secured lending, leasing arrangements, and asset-based financing transactions.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in asset finance, equipment leasing, or secured lending transactions.
- Demonstrated experience working on equipment financing transactions , including drafting and negotiating related agreements.
- Strong knowledge of secured financing structures, collateral documentation, and asset-based lending frameworks .
- Experience supporting commercial finance transactions involving industrial or capital equipment .
- Ability to work cross-functionally with credit, business, and operational stakeholders .
- Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in New York.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience advising industrial companies, equipment manufacturers, or equipment finance providers .
- Familiarity with vendor finance programs, dealer financing arrangements, and equipment leasing platforms .
- Experience supporting large equipment portfolios or structured asset finance transactions .
- Background working with financial institutions, leasing companies, or captive finance organizations .
