Your Role In this position, you will lead two teams that form the core of our product: Machine Learning / Data Science: Focus on pricing & forecasting. Agentic Application (Greenfield): You will build this team from scratch to develop a completely new, AI-driven product . You are responsible for people management (disciplinary) for both teams. Your task is to bridge complex ML models and a scalable product. You will work closely with our staff engineers (full stack & ML), who set the technical guidelines and architecture.
