Responsibilities

• Experience in investment banking (M&A), strategy consulting (CDD/transactions), PE / investing / family offices, or corporate development in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills (comfortable building models from scratch and stress-testing assumptions).
• Strong commercial judgement and curiosity - you naturally ask "what really drives value here?"
• Highly organised, able to run multiple workstreams and deliver to tight deadlines.

This is a high-impact role with a front-row seat to building one of the UK's most ambitious proptech platforms. Position summary We're looking for an M&A / Corp Dev Associate. You'll sit at the heart of Dwelly's growth engine, supporting both acquisitions and fundraising. We're a high-velocity roll-up, running multiple deals at once and supporting fundraising in parallel - so you'll have a steep learning curve with real ownership. This isn't corporate M&A: we bring a startup mindset, iterate constantly, and give people room to shape the process. You'll own the analytical heavy lifting across deals and fundraising, pressure-test investment cases, and help build our equity story, working closely with the Head of Corp Dev, Head of M&A, and the Founders. This is a high-impact role with a front-row seat to building one of the UK's most ambitious proptech platforms.
