About the role

We are looking for an experienced and friendly Boatperson/Boathouse Manager to work closely with the Boat Club Captains on matters relating to the day-to-day operation of the Boathouse, shared between Corpus Christi, Girton, Newnham, Sidney Sussex and Wolfson. The post involves maintaining rowing equipment and facilities, and fostering a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all club members. We are looking for someone with: Extensive knowledge of managing a boathouse, or a comparable equipment-based boating environment Broad working knowledge of the boating industry, including boats, equipment, suppliers and retailers Experience in the use of machinery for the repair and maintenance of boats and associated equipment.
