Responsibilities

  • Access Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans for optimizing patient access to the company's products and therapies. This includes assessing access barriers, and proposing solutions for provider offices and institutions

  • Patient Support Programs: manage and optimize patient support programs, such as financial assistance initiatives, to help patients access and adhere to treatment
  • Policy and Market Analysis: Stay updated on changes in healthcare policy, market dynamics, and healthcare trends that may impact reimbursement and access, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Education, Experience & Skills Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Healthcare Administration, Business, etc.). Master's degree or equivalent is a plus
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of Biotech/Pharma experience
  • Cardiology, oncology or rare disease experience are preferred
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Experience in market access, patient access or patient services
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and ensuring access to innovative treatmen
