En tant qu'Analyste, vous serez un catalyseur de l'excellence opérationnelle et votre rôle crucial impactera directement nos partenaires opérationnels. Bureau : Poste disponible aux bureaux de Montréal ou de Laval. Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Être le garant de la fluidité des opérations, en veillant à ce que nos objectifs de niveau de service soient rencontrés, consolidant ainsi notre image auprès des partenaires. Diriger la transformation des horaires en temps réel, permettant à l'équipe de maximiser sa performance et de briller par son efficacité. Élever nos standards en concevant des stratégies innovantes pour anticiper les besoins et optimiser la satisfaction client. Contribuer à une culture de collaboration, générer des analyses afin de de promouvoir l'amélioration opérationnelle. Analyser les prédictions journalières (TMT, appels et transactions reçus), analyser et ajuster les tendances des dernières semaines. Protéger et maintenir l'harmonie opérationnelle en agissant comme premier point de contact, apportant un soutien clair et efficient aux utilisateurs. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme universitaire ou collégial (affaires, mathématiques, statistiques, économie, informatique, génie) ou toute combinaison équivalente de formation et d'expérience. Au moins trois ans d'expérience dans un département de planification d'effectifs. Maîtrise des logiciels Nice-WFM, Verrint, Cisco et Avaya (atout). Une passion et une vision pour l'innovation et le leadership, renforcées par votre cursus en affaires, mathématiques ou économie. Solide expérience en planification qui démontre votre capacité à être un pilier pour l'équipe. La maîtrise des outils techniques comme atouts pour alimenter la croissance et la proactivité. Une communication persuasive et un sens aiguisé de la gestion du temps pour s'épanouir dans un environnement collaboratif. Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
