- Office Operations
- Provide administrative support and maintain office operations, supplies, and records.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Customer Service
- Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and represent the company positively.
- Accounts Receivable
- Manage rent collection and monitor arrears.
- Follow up on outstanding accounts and process legal notices when required .
- Support collection efforts and ensure compliance with tenancy legislation.
- Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, suite inspections, routine inspections and elevator bookings.
- Monitor maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
- Follow up with residents to confirm satisfaction with completed work.
- Coordinate with building staff and vendors
- Track recurring issues (e.g., elevators, HVAC, water leaks)
- Health & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, fire, and tenancy regulations.
- Report hazards, incidents, and policy violations promptly.
- Support emergency preparedness and life-safety procedures.
- Experience and Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Property management or administrative experience preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Ontario tenancy laws preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail .
- Computer co Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi Voyager and Rent Café experience is an asset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

- The expected annualized base salary range for this role is $50,000 - $55,000.
