Responsibilities
- Lead and manage program directors and support staff, fostering teamwork and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

- Multi-site or multi-state management experience.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.
Requirements
- QIDP (Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional) certification.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or CPM (Certified Program Manager).
- Financial management or nonprofit management certifications.
- CSP or CHST (safety certifications, for residential program environments).
- Experience in program development, marketing, and business expansion.
- Data-driven performance management experience.
- Knowledge of Indiana-specific disability service regulations, including licensing, Medicaid compliance, and residential/community program standards.
