Job Description The Senior Director of Corporate Finance provides strategic leadership and oversight for the company's corporate finance activities, including budgeting/forecasting, capital structure planning, capital market initiatives, M&A, valuations, and long-range financial modeling. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Drive the vision and execution of corporate finance strategy across budgeting/forecasting, M&A, valuations, capital planning, and market activities. Oversee the company's long-range financial models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment to organizational objectives. Lead the development and continuous enhancement of valuation models, including discounted cash flow and multiple-based methodologies. Lead the development and enhancement of the annual budget as well as the two forecasts the company produces throughout the year. Prepare and deliver quarterly investor presentations, ensuring financial strategy is clearly communicated. Oversee capital market transactions, including recapitalizations, debt issuances, redemptions, and related activities. Serve as lead for finance integration during acquisitions, aligning processes and financial strategies across business units. Lead and manage a team of two lead financial analysts and the Strategic Finance Associate. Establish and manage team goals, priorities, and budgets; ensure alignment with overall finance and business strategy. Identify and elevate financial risks that could have long-term strategic or revenue implications. Recommend and implement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen financial decision-making. Oversee large-scale departmental budgets and ensure financial systems and processes are continuously improved. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leaders on strategic financial planning, M&A, and investor relations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Advanced expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, M&A, and financial modeling. Proven ability to influence executive decision-making and shape organizational financial strategy. Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing teams. Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills. Deep financial and business acumen with the ability to navigate complex financial agreements and structures. Advanced MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint); experience with enterprise financial systems and planning software (e.g., Workday/Adaptive Planning). Demonstrated ability to drive measurable impact on business outcomes through financial strategy. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field required. 7+ years of progressive corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or FP&A experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated track record of leading strategic corporate finance initiatives. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods and occasionally walk, stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 15 pounds. Required to have close visual acuity to perform the job. Salary Range: $137,394.00 - $254,179.00 Salary may be determined on several factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, experience, education, geographical location and requirements stated in job description.
