Responsibilities
- Oversee construction execution across multiple MHPI installations, including work in occupied residential communities.

- Minimum 15 years of construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience working within the MHPI environment.
- Ability to review confidential US security information.
- Additional Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success leading multi-site or portfolio-scale construction programs.
- Strong knowledge of federal/military construction environments and occupied housing constraints.
- Proficiency with construction management and scheduling tools (Procore, MS Project; P6 preferred).
- Valid driver's license.
