Brand Ambassador #Car (1 year contract) #TNKC

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional showroom experience.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and capture customer enquiries in the CRM system.
• Support daily showroom operations, including customer service, basic administrative duties, and cashiering when required.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist with promotional activities, events, and social media content.
• Collect customer feedback and support other operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with social media and content creation is an advantage.
• Able to work according to mall operating hours.
