The Centre for Veterinary Education (CVE) has been a global provider of continuing education for those in the veterinary profession since 1965. As the Education Events Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a diverse portfolio of educational events including conferences, practical workshops, and professional development programs for veterinary personnel across Australia and internationally. Working closely with colleagues across the University as well as external specialist presenters, industry partners and suppliers, you will help deliver educational events that support veterinary personnel to build confidence, strengthen clinical decision-making and improve outcomes in practice. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive events professional who enjoys working with a broad range of stakeholders, managing multiple projects and delivering high-quality events from planning through to completion. The role includes occasional interstate travel and work outside standard business hours to support event delivery. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with educators, speakers, marketing teams, suppliers and university stakeholders to deliver high-quality educational programs and events coordinate end-to-end delivery of continuing education events and projects to meet timelines, budgets and outcomes plan and manage annual events calendar including scheduling, logistics and operational requirements coordinate event programs, communicating proactively with stakeholders including CVE colleagues and speakers, coordinate learning materials and outcomes manage event logistics, administration and speaker onboarding including travel and documentation collaborate with marketing, education and customer service teams to support event promotion, participant engagement and successful event delivery contribute to event evaluation, continuous improvement and the professional representation of CVE at conferences, workshops and industry events About you You are an organised and proactive events professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences.
