Job Description The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy is seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to work under Prof. Leong Ching on research related to behavioural public policy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in policy studies (preferably in behavioural policy), excellent analytical skills, and a proven track record of conducting independent research. Responsibilities could include (but are not limited to): Conduct research, including literature reviews, data collection, and analysis Analyze and make policy recommendations based on study results Contribute to the development and implementation of research studies Manage and coordinate with an internal team to advance study research goals Present research findings at conferences, workshops, and other public forums Participate in grant writing and fundraising activities Lead the organization of internal workshops and conferences
