Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage Graboyes' presence at local and regional events, including home shows, fairs, and community activations

  • TERRITORY
  • Based out of our East Norriton Township office at 48 W Germantown Pike, supporting the greater Philadelphia region and surrounding markets. Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout the territory and live within a reasonable commute of our office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of leadership, team management, or field management experience
  • Strong communication, recruiting, coaching, and organizational skills
  • Mandatory weekend availability year-round; comfortable with a non-traditional schedule including evenings
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Experience in event marketing, direct sales, canvassing, retail marketing, home shows, or home improvement strongly preferred
  • Experience managing performance metrics, accountability systems, or budgets highly preferred

  • On-target earnings in first year: $100,000+ (base plus monthly bonus)

Graboyes Windows & Doors is hiring a full-time Event Marketing Manager to build and lead our face-to-face lead generation efforts across the greater Philadelphia region. You'll own our presence at home shows, community events, fairs, and local activations - connecting directly with homeowners and generating qualified appointments on the spot. This is a field-based leadership role requiring weekend availability every week, a reliable vehicle, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends to recruit, train, and support a part-time event team.
