WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH This role works closely with partners of supply chain internal and external, with mixed backgrounds. - Internal: GC platform business owners, GC logistics, GC planning, Marketplace Supply chain, GC Merchandising & GC finance. - External: logistic supplier and customer. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Functional Skill Required (Hard skills): Above 5 years' retail operation/supply chain/planning experience in FMCG; Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external customers. Good knowledge on SAP and BI operation, and with excellent Excel skill setup Fluent English both written and spoken. Experience Required (Soft skills): Goods communication skill via fact and data analysis approaching Be resilience and keep an open mind while facing challenge and pressure Team success before individual success Recognize motives that might underline an individual's or group's actions
