Your personalized greeting, care in treatment selection and knowledge of the spa will ensure our guests have a lasting memory of their visit. Starting Rate: $20.18 We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months, and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $25.54 Job Duties Include: Provide personalized greetings, assist with treatment selections, and resolve guest concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience. Book and schedule treatments, respond to phone and email inquiries, and manage guest requirements with attention to detail. Oversee the reception area, control facility access, give tours, and maintain reception inventory and materials. Process payments for services and retail products, complete quality checks on spa bookings, and handle reporting tasks. S upport Spa Reservations in a self-directed environment, adapt to shifting duties, and assist with other tasks as assigned.
