Responsibilities
- Coordinate EPEAT and TCO ecolabel certification activities, supporting product registration, compliance reviews, and certification deliverables throughout the NPI process.

- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of sustainability compliance processes, SOPs, templates, and documentation governance practices.
- Coordinate environmental document quality reviews and support legal declaration generation to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Organize and facilitate sustainability governance meetings, including Green Team reviews and cross-functional project tracking sessions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of business experience.
- Familiar with sustainability program.
- PC/NB knowledge is highly preferred.
- Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
- Ability to apply analytical and problem solving skills.
- Understanding of organization and company product and service offering development process.
- Knowledge of project and program methodology, resource allocation plans, budgets, and requirements.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to effectively communicate manufacturing plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options.
