Responsibilities
- Align and work with T4M Regional Program Lead to ensure T4M meets the Amex GBT and client global strategy.
- Primary liaison and first point of contact for EY EMEA Regional teams.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with EY Regional Event Travel team and Amex GBT Transient dedicated team, including all relevant stakeholders and suppliers to ensure optimized delivery and program success.
- Participate in meetings between EY Global Event Travel team and Amex GBT to understand and align on the nature of events in the pipeline and determine support required.
- Work with Program Management Consultants to ensure verbiage is correct on the meeting invitation regarding process; and ensures that the feed works, etc.
- Event level reporting production - A&D Reports / Cost Reports / Itinerary Reports.
- May be requested to "program manage" air requirements for VIP, C-Level special projects and oversee air activity related to VIP logistics/Incentives
- Conduct regularly scheduled status meetings with client and stakeholders from pre-launch through program operation.
- Ensure program objectives are executed.
- Key role ensuring all regional / local Amex GBT offices follow client travel policy, process and all MI POS requirements.
- Support relationship between client, suppliers, and Amex GBT teams including Regional Operations Managers and Operations Teams.
- Align to Global Travel Program Management team as am embedded member.
- Key player in regional operational delivery, standard communications and local country TC training/staffing
- Assess local market requirements and work solutions ensuring compliance with travel policy and gaining agreement and alignment between multiple stakeholders.
- Review processes and offer solutions/additions as needed.
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of applicable group air technology and/or software solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate with 5+ years of experience in account management, travel management, or related client-facing role
- Handles problems and acts on own initiative.
- Strong communications skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence to present and work with all members and levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage projects, multiple priorities, and effective time management.
- Effective use of Collaboration Spaces (i.e. SharePoint)
- Working knowledge of Insights/Sage reporting tool.
- Proficient in Excel and the Office suite in general
- Prior Group Air/Travel for Meetings background preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GDS, mid- and back-office processes.
- High level understanding of meetings and travel technology trends and tools (i.e. online booking tools/meetings registration tools), globally and regionally.
