Responsibilities

  • Own Napoleon Belgium's cross-department marketing planning system, including campaign calendars, review rhythms, decision moments and accountability frameworks that keep every team aligned.

  • Work closely with the Retail Director and the leads of each marketing department, ensuring cross-functional priorities are understood, dependencies are visible and plans hold together end to end.
  • Lead, coach and develop your team setting clear expectations, raising the quality of output and treating people development as a core part of the job, not an afterthought.

Requirements

  • Senior experience in integrated marketing planning and execution across multiple channels, teams or customer touchpoints.
  • Proven track record of owning a marketing domain end to end, from strategy and planning through to execution, optimisation and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of retail or physical-channel marketing; experience in retail, casino, hospitality, entertainment or multi-site environments is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated people management experience, with the ability to coach direct reports towards stronger ownership and higher-quality output.
  • Commercially sharp, with the ability to connect marketing activity to business priorities, customer behaviour and measurable performance.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations, comfortable aligning peers, leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicator who can make complex plans clear and hold alignment across diverse audiences.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry, particularly one shaped by advertising restrictions or compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in French.
