Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify opportunities for AI, IT, ERP and digital workplace solutions.
• Build relationships with Business Owners, Managing Directors, Office Managers, Admin Managers, Operations Managers and IT Managers.
• Conduct business discovery sessions to understand customer challenges.
• Recommend suitable AI, automation and business technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Work closely with technical consultants and implementation teams.
• Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
