Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and achieve sales targets.
- Host daily livestreams on social media platforms like TikTok, Shopee, Facebook and xhs.
- Demonstrate and sell jewellery confidently during live sessions.
- Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms.
- Create short videos and social media content.
- Manage product listings, online orders and inventory updates.
- Handle POS transactions, stock replenishment and store operations.
- Assist with marketing campaigns, reports and other administrative duties.

Requirements
- Passionate about sales and customer service.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and hosting livestreams daily.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Minimum 2 years of Experience in retail sales, jewellery, TikTok Live or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or social media platforms is an advantage.
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and evening livestreams.
- Full time, 6 working days per week.
