- Work with BMS Software, and Cloud teams to align firmware updates, data‑analytics integration, and remote monitoring capabilities.
- Develop and execute commissioning test plans (factory acceptance test, site acceptance test, performance verification).
- Troubleshoot field issues and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Assist project managers with schedules and risk assessments; provide technical status updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal staff and maintain a knowledge base of best practices.
