Specialising in Design & Build of process utility systems, prefabrication/ DFMA, facility & plant maintenance and construction implementation, we take pride and passion in all that we do. The Accounts Executive reports to the Finance Manager and is responsible for the below: General Bookeeping & Reporting: Assist in month-end closing, audit preparation, and compliance reporting. Identify areas for process improvement and automation in financial reporting and analysis. Work on cash flow management and financial risk assessment. Project Accounting: Track and analyze project costs, revenue, and margins. Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate budgeting and cost control. Monitor progress claims, variations, and project financial performance. Assist in the preparation of project financial reports and variance analysis. Financial Modelling & Data Analytics: Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis. Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost efficiencies, and revenue opportunities. Automate and improve financial reporting using Excel, Power Bl, or other analytics tools. Provide insights to support management in decision-making and strategic planning. To be a good fit, you would possess these qualities and skills: Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Finance or related field. Min. 2-3 years of relevant working experience in related field, preferably with project accounting experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to propose alternative solutions. Detailed and meticulous High proficiency in Excel. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
