Job Description Drive B2B sales of ISCA Academy's digital learning solutions, including Accountify, Boardflix, and other professional development programmes, to achieve revenue and subscription growth targets. Promote enterprise-wide digital learning subscriptions through consultative sales engagements, product demonstrations, and solution presentations. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, partnerships, and marketing campaigns. Drive adoption, utilisation, and renewal of enterprise subscriptions through proactive account management and customer success initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to support account growth, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and developments in digital learning and workforce transformation to identify new growth opportunities. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support lead generation, customer onboarding, and client retention initiatives. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline records, and customer engagement activities within CRM systems. Represent ISCA Academy at industry events, conferences, webinars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads. Achieve assigned KPIs relating to subscription sales, revenue growth, client acquisition, account retention, and platform adoption. Job Requirements Diploma or degree in any discipline, or equivalent work experience. At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Experience in business development and sales for digital products, SaaS solutions, e-learning platforms, learning technologies, or technology-enabled services will be highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to engage multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across organisations and manage consultative B2B sales cycles. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals. Results-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a target-driven environment. Strong pipeline and account management skills, with experience using CRM systems to manage leads, opportunities, and sales forecasts.
