Sr. Chief Engineer I, PIE

Responsibilities

• Drive fab troubleshooting and integration across multiple modules to sustain and improve product yield.
• Perform product yield and failure analysis and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Quality and Process teams to resolve the quality issue from back-end and customer.
• Work with PE, PD, QA, and Purchasing on cost reduction projects including new material evaluations, process modifications, and second-source suppliers to enhance cost competitiveness.
• Collaborate with R&D for new technologies and product development for manufacturing.
• What you will bring along:
• Bachelor's degree or above in Physics and Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the diode field or in the wafer fabrication company.
• Solid understanding of diode and semiconductor processes.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
• Proficiency in quality control methods (SPC, DOE) and data analysis software is preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills.
