Ensures that all relevant crew information, documents, certificates are updated, encoded, scanned, and uploaded accordingly to the relevant system as applicable per Department AECMI and AELM -from CI to CIS per CO2 checklist and C27 certification guidelines, DMS and Hanseaticsoft for Crew Managed vessels, etc. Offshore - Client's Information System such as Seacrew, NS5, CFM, On-board Tracker, etc. Recruitment - CIS and DMS, etc. Verification of SIRB, COC, and COP through the MARINA MISMO Verification Website. Social Media Recruitment Activities - Social Media Strategy- Content Creation and Publishing: Create, edit, and publish content (text, images, videos) across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn). Showcase maritime operations, crew activities, safety initiatives, and company achievements. Platform Management: Manage daily operations of social media accounts and ensure content is updated regularly (especially the FB comment/messenger autoreplies). Community Engagement ü Build and maintain online communities for our seafarers. Analytics and Reporting (monthly) Campaign and Brand Promotion Recruitment Process Assistance. Assist candidates from AE Cebu and AE Iloilo throughout the entire recruitment process Ensure and prepare the MHR41 checklist for all new applicants Understanding or experience in Crew Manning, Maritime Training Centers, or Maritime Review Centers, particularly in hospitality desk or reception roles Fresh grads of bachelor's degree in IT and Marketing are also welcome to apply Preferably young, energetic, and trainable, with good potential to grow within the role Proficient in Canva and active on social media, preferably with strong followers Candidate must be willing to work in Parañaque About Anglo-Eastern Anglo-Eastern is a global leader in independent ship management services.
