Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and processing work notifications into work orders ensuring proper authorization, priority, completeness, accuracy and determines craft skills needed, sequence of work to be performed and estimates man hours, material, tools, and equipment needed.

- Supports PSM processes such as MOC and incident investigations.
- Plans and coordinates the development of work orders with operating unit leadership for facilities in assigned area.
- Consults engineers prior to any field changes in design, or specifications and requests changes in procedure to complete work.
- Inspects completed work and ensures closeout processes are followed.
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum (Required) Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- (Education must be obtained/completed prior to start date)
- Five (5) years or more of experience required.
- A valid driver's license .
Requirements
- Eight (8) or more years of experience in a refinery maintenance or refinery engineering role
- Knowledge of CMMS (SAP) system
- Experience planning maintenance activities and creating job plans
- Scheduling experience
- Experience with refinery equipment codes & standards
- Microsoft Office suite
- Organization
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
- This position works on a 4/10 schedule (M-Thu, 10 hours a day). Additional hours as required for turnarounds, outages, and projects.
