Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries and assess appeals from members of the public regarding government related schemes.
- Review cases fairly and thoroughly, ensuring accurate evaluation and proper follow up.
- Liaise with public agencies and internal stakeholders to gather information and coordinate responses.
- Manage complex cases requiring detailed analysis and multi stakeholder coordination.

- Key Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in case management, customer service, public administration, citizen engagement, or appeals processing.
- Prior experience liaising with public agencies or managing multi stakeholder coordination will be advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Analytical, detail oriented, adaptable, and resourceful.
- Proactive in problem solving and keen to learn new tools or systems.
- Basic Python programming skills are required.
- Some experience with regular expressions for text cleaning, pattern matching, or data extraction from unstructured text.
- Experience in reporting metrics, generating performance reports, or presenting data insights will be advantageous.
