Requirements

• Desirable experience on metal finishing techniques such: Patina finishing using wet rags and rinsing.
• Toning and Top coating using spray cans.
• Reading and understanding mixing specifications.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and flawless results.
• Ability to communicate with multiple levels within an organization and be a team member
• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience which demonstrates performance competency

POSITION: METAL FINISHER COMPANY PROFILE: HOLLY HUNT is known for a look that is consistently at the forefront of style and quality. The company designs, produces and showcases custom made furniture products. POSITION PROFILE: Performs the finishing/patina finish on metal parts from a set of components previously prepared and tailored for finishing. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Finishing of components: Product completion per Production Schedule. Meet all critical product characteristics and color matching master sample. Maintain work station clean, organized and safe. Use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) required. Maintain the time sheet accurate and on time. Observe all company policies and standard practices. Participate on all required continuous improvement activities. REQUIRED SKILLS
