Responsibilities

  • SAP Solution Delivery & Support
  • Lead the implementation of SAP SD functionalities across all project phases, including analysis , design , configuration , testing , deployment , and hypercare support .

  • Contribute to global project initiatives and best-practice sharing across regions.
  • Innovation & AI Enablement
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation within SAP Sales & Distribution processes.
  • Support the implementation of AI-driven use cases across the Order-to-Cash lifecycle .
  • Contribute to TD SYNNEX's digital transformation strategy through innovative technology solutions.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and their integration with SAP.
  • Experience working within SAP ECC 6.7 environments is required. Exposure to S/4HANA is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in an international and cross-functional environment .
  • Experience with AI , automation , or intelligent process optimization within ERP environments is an advantage.
  • Fluent English is required; an additional European language is considered a plus.
