Primary Responsibilities: Our Lot Attendant is responsible for keeping inventory neat and well maintained, by also keeping the vehicles in proper places. Lot Attendants provide support to Sales or Service departments in maintaining all vehicles condition under the dealerships care and ensure all vehicle pathways maintain proper flow. Responsible for: Meet and Greet clients in the service drive Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day Parking vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately Other duties as assigned
