SUMMARY OF PRIMARY FUNCTION We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Internal Sales Representative to manage customer interactions and support international sales operations. This role involves handling quotations, processing purchase orders, managing documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and ensuring smooth import/export procedures. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, organized, exhibiting strong communication skills and experience in international trade documentation. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Sales support across LATAM and USA Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers Process purchases orders Follow up sales opportunities in coordination with the sales team Be open to develop his career into a field sales executive. Documentation & Logistics Check and send all necessary documentation for international shipments Commercial Invoices Packing list Bill of lading Certificates of Origin Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements Importation & Exportation Support Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for international shipments. Ensure compliance with Incoterms, HS codes, and country-specific import/export regulations Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION LEVEL, SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, LICENSES AND/OR CERTIFICATIONS Position requires candidate to be Bi-Lingual; fluent in English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus 2+ years of experience in internal sales or customer service Familiarity with international trade documentation and procedures. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive communication to regional stakeholders as well as FM Corporate Office. Highly adaptable and forward-thinking Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills Microsoft Office proficiency required SKILLS AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Commercial profile Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
