About the role

In this role, you will support high‑volume production operations that deliver accurate, timely outputs to clients. You will perform and monitor operational processes, resolve exceptions, and help ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met. Success is measured by throughput, accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration across teams. Monday-Friday schedule from 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm .

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily production tasks to meet volume, quality, and turnaround targets

  • Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with procedures

  • Follow operational controls, security requirements, and standard procedures
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to meet service level expectations
  • Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or skills‑based equivalent experience
  • Experience in production, operations, or transaction processing environments
  • Strong attention to detail with consistent accuracy in high‑volume work
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and operational controls
  • Basic proficiency with productivity tools such as spreadsheets and email
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment

Requirements

  • Experience in regulated or compliance‑driven operations
  • Familiarity with quality assurance or control checks
  • Experience identifying root causes and resolving processing errors
  • Comfort working with operational tracking or workflow systems
