Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound leads (email, calls) from MQL to SQL through HubSpot, allocating them to the right Account Manager or Business Developer.
- Support Account Managers with repeat orders, after-sales offers, and Purchase Order processing. Working closely with Finance, Legal, and Export Control.
- Keep the HubSpot pipeline clean and current: updating customer profiles, contact details, and interaction logs together with the responsible AM/BD.

- Monitor and forecast key account metrics, sales results, and customer profitability, supporting the team in hitting annual targets.
Requirements
- BA/MSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in international sales or account management (sales, account management, product marketing), ideally within a Defense & Security environment; a Military or Public Safety background is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with inbound sales, pipeline management, and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect across cultures and backgrounds.
- A team player who also gets things done independently.
- Genuine interest in (radar) technology; no engineering degree needed, but you can understand it and explain it to others.
- Business-level English (written, verbal, presentation); other languages are a plus.

You manage inbound leads from first contact to qualified opportunity, support our Account Managers on repeat business and after-sales, and keep our HubSpot CRM running clean and fast. You'll work closely with the team driving C-UAS sales to large integrators and government customers worldwide. With real ownership over the process, the data, and the tools that make our sales engine move quicker.
