Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and manage a team of delivery drivers across three delivery groups, ensuring daily route coverage for all lunch and dinner deliveries
- Plan and optimise daily delivery routes and schedules to achieve reliable, on-time delivery to all customer sites
- Coordinate driver assignments, standby cover, and contingency arrangements for absences or vehicle issues

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a delivery operations, transport management, or logistics supervisory role
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain Management
- Proven experience managing a team of drivers or field operations staff
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment
- Comfortable handling cash collection processes and maintaining accurate records
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage for coordinating with a diverse team
- Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence is preferred
- Experience in food service, catering, or FMCG last-mile delivery is an advantage
