Work Location: 6 Tampines Industrial Avenue 5 Singapore 528760 Work Schedule: Wed - Fri: 3pm to 11pm, Sat & Sun - 10am to 7pm While working from home is allowed, attendance at the office will be required when necessary Good employee welfare VB+AWS First two months will be required to training in office Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm (depend on performance) *subject to change based on business requirements* Job Responsibilities: - Responsible of shipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement & its POD status. - Work closely with internal and external stakeholder pertains to all inbound & outbound shipment. - Responsible of damaged shipment claims. - Work and liaising with Finance for supplier invoices matters. - Work and liaising with Facility Manager & Warehouse pertains to detrash & recycling matters - Ensure all new process/ portal is successfully implementation pertains to shipment matter - Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations and international trade compliance. - Update weekly/monthly reports timely. - Ad hoc duties assigned.
