Requirements

• High school or equivalent diploma
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
• Experience in oral and written communication
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
• Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent
• Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience in software development
• Qualifications and/or experience in sourcing, contract management or equivalent role

ATS is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to assist with weekly capacity planning and metrics-based transportation improvements for Relay Freight Auctions in our Intermodal network. Check out this video! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=en5YqrtBGvY&feature=youtu.be Key job responsibilities - Prepare and Launch Intermodal Bids for Capacity needs - Track and communicate quotes with internal partners and escalate to leadership - Compile list of carriers with additional capacity across the network and use to fill daily/weekly capacity shortages - Proactively communicate risks and issues to key stakeholders and recommend mitigations - Work within time constraints to meet critical business needs - Pull, analyze, and summarize data from numerous sources - Manage Key performance metrics to drive business results - Continuously work with the team to improve current processes
